Attune ~ Foundations workshop.

This workshop is an opportunity to become more aware of breathing and mindfulness techniques that can be used to achieve a positive fusion of your wellbeing and performance. 

You’ll have the opportunity to FEEL the difference in your own body whilst also; 

  1. Understand, notice and manage the stress response 

  2. Develop an understanding of the basics of breath and healthier breathing habits

  3. Learn how to easefully cultivate confidence and resilience

  4. Practice discerning between thoughts, emotions and stories 

  5. Explore embodied mindful transition rituals

Integrate ~ mentoring and workshop series.

 

The Integrate series is a wonderful opportunity to move along the behaviour change journey with a truly unique focus on the areas most important to you and a sense of momentum that feels right for you.
