Why work together over a series of sessions?

The body is infinitely complex and uniquely yours. 

Like training muscles, through these sessions we’re often re-training the lungs and unlearning some patterns - both in the breath and the mind. It’s a beautiful thing to give yourself time to explore and observe.

We get to unpack where the breath is taking you, what felt-sense observations you’re having, identify what might be worth refining in terms of technique and adapt practices accordingly to serve you exactly where you’re at (or maybe where’d you like to be).
